Description
The WARN ZEON XC 12 Winch delivers 12,000 lbs of top-tier recovery performance in a compact, low-profile design built for tight bumper spaces and hidden winch installs. Also available in 10,000 lb., and 14,000 lb. capacities, the XC Series packs class-leading speed, strength, and durability into a smaller footprint without sacrificing power.
Each ZEON XC winch features a high-efficiency motor and 3-stage planetary geartrain that delivers no-load line speeds up to 40 ft/min—the fastest in its class. Its IP68/IP69K-rated waterproof construction, corrosion-resistant hardware, and large-diameter aluminum drum ensure long-lasting reliability in harsh environments.
Choose from steel cable, Spydura synthetic rope, or bare-drum on the 10 and 12 series. The low-profile control pack with WARN’s Albright contactor improves fitment and electrical performance, while the automatic load-holding cone brake provides confident control on every pull.

Warranty
Warn Industries, Inc. (WARN), warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of the WARN Branded Winch Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components of the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
Items not covered by this Warranty:
- The removal or reinstallation of the product.
- Wire or Synthetic Ropes.
- Product finish.
- Components damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, collision, overloading, modification, misapplication, improper installation, or improper service.
- Normal wear and tear or loss of functionality due to the normal aging of the product including, bearings, bushings, seals, O-rings, gaskets, brake material, motor brushes, electrical cables.
